Gary has become an integral part of the Skegness Town coaching team, combining his wealth of playing experience with a passion for developing the club both on and off the pitch. During the 2025/26 season, he served as joint manager alongside Chris Rawlinson, helping to guide the Lilywhites through another important chapter in the club's progression.

Ahead of the 2026/27 season, Gary took on the role of sole First Team Manager as part of a club restructure designed to bring greater clarity and accountability to the management of the first team. In his first appointment as a first-team manager, he has been entrusted with building a squad capable of competing at the right end of the United Counties League table while continuing the club's long-term development.
