Nick Jackson (AKA Jacko) is another experienced campaigner that can be found at the heart of our defence, as a very capable centre half. He also has experience playing as a centre back.

Jacko came through the youth ranks at Boston United, progressing into the Pilgrims first team. He was a part of the United squad that secured promotion from the Northern Premier League.

He moved on to Stamford, where he enjoyed success, winning the Lincolnshire Shield. He has also played at other Lincolnshire non-league clubs, with a standout moment including captaining Holbeach United to the Lincolnshire Senior Trophy. And an unforgettable season at Skegness Town in 2023/24, when he lifted the United Counties League, League Cup.

After initially making the decision to retire, he was persuaded to lend a hand at Wyberton Colts, in a season where the Colts won the Supplementary Cup. But we knew that Jacko still had a lot more left to give as a player yet, and we are delighted that he re-joined us at The Lilywhites for the 2025/26 season.
